About Breath Yoga
The Ultimate Method to Change Your Life
Breath is one of the means to fill your body with Prana – life force energy! The more in tune we are with our breath and have a seamless ability to manage it effectively, the more able we are to overcome the hurdles of our daily lives. Yoga Philosophy provides many tools centered around the use of breath and channeling our life force energy, such as Asana, Pranayama, mantra and meditation, and so on.
My teachings and practice revolve around using breath and a combination of mantra to help deepen the connection to your true self and move toward your goals. I incorporate unique aspects of breath ratios and mantras in both yoga practice and 1:1 therapy offerings.

Why Breath and Mantra Yoga?
Yoga is the process and approach to effectively applying our breath through our daily life. The use of Mantras in our daily practice is even deeper and profound, helping us extend our exhalation and creating a positive energy field, removing any suppressed negativity within us.
